Renata’s Full Bio
Renata J. Razza, PCC comes to coaching through a lifetime of experience.
Always a person of diverse interests with a fascination for the way people read and create meaning, Renata completed a B.A. in Semiotics and Critical Thinking as an independent major at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania. His study of meaning-making deeply informs both his coaching practice and training style. Additional study with Coaching That Works and CompassPoint’s Institute for Nonprofit Consulting and completion of the core curriculum at CTI/Coaches Training Institute further enrich his educational background. Renata has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
Renata brings a spiritual foundation to his training and coaching engagements. He is grounded in more than 10 years of personal spiritual practice (with no religious affiliation). Renata completed Sojourn Multi-Faith Chaplaincy‘s 400-hour training program and loving presence for underserved patients.
Boating, running, reading, time in the outdoors and an unimaginable joy in birdwatching further enrich Renata’s journey. As a result, Renata’s capacity for compassion and joy has grown substantially.
Renata uses coaching as a powerful tool to invite individuals and companies in his practice to realize their potential for impact and fulfillment.
