Three ThanksWe’re into the very last 5 days of January and that means it’s also the last 5 days of the Three Thanks Month on Facebook, a Being Daring Tribe adventure into gratitude where we post three things we’re grateful for every day.

So here’s your invitation. Come join us! (Or for many of you, come re-join us! Don’t worry, there’s no penalty for missing days gone by.) Note: You do need to be logged into Facebook to play.

And I dare you to stick with it through all 5 days left in January! (Yep, even through the weekend!)

Come on, how long have you been thinking about starting a gratitude practice? In positive psychology research, not only are gratitude and happiness are linked, but lots of other positive outcomes are linked to gratitude, too.

Quit waiting! Come dive in!

    This has been a great exercise this month and I’m sorry it will end soon…I’m thinking that I might just keep listing daily gratitudes next month, too. I’ve also really appreciated the things other people have written – they’ve altnerately made me think, “Yes, me too!” or “Wow, good for you!” or “Huh…I need to try that!”

    • I totally agree: it’s been a wonderful month of gratitude!

      I’ve thought about creating a Facebook group, instead of an event, so people could participate for as long as they wanted. I’ll put that out to the group.

      Also, I’ve been doing a morning gratitude journal and an evening “three thanks” at the dinner table before dinner every night. Feel free to swipe one of those practices if you like ‘em.
